About In-Light Therapy
I’ve have the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges—whether it’s depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or relationship issues. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported—without judgment and without pressure. We’ll focus on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Through practical, life-changing skills and a compassionate therapeutic relationship, you can begin to release what no longer serves you and move toward what does. With modern evidence based skills and wisdom from inspired philosophies, we'll build a toolbox to support you every step of the way.
